1d50c2c39a Only emit perc_changed signal when the percentage actually changed 
QtWebEngine emits scrollPositionChanged a lot during smooth scrolling, and
there's no reason we need to update percentages when they didn't *actually*
change.

This reduces the updates with a single spacebar press from 6-7 to 2-3 on my
machine, which might not be enough though.

22088d9f7b Remove --force for :bind and config.bind(...) 
Turns out --force is just in the way for most people, and at least for default
bindings it's easy to reset them.

Also, it makes :config-source fail when config.py contains keybindings.

81993a70a2 Split off :config-cycle from :set 
Before, we allowed :set to take multiple values, which often lead to confusing
error messages when a user forgot to quote the value.

Now, we instead have a dedicated :config-cycle command for that.

1bcc66b5b9 Add documentation for new config 
This also changes qute://help to show the documentation generation error if a
help page wasn't found. This way, people who pull from git but not re-generate

7c39600508 Change default bindings for Up/Down in command mode 
Those now look at the history again.
Looking at the behavior in different applications:

- vim: History
- spacemacs: Completion if open, else history
- luakit: Completion if open, else history
- dwb: Always completion (has no history?)
- vimb: Nothing if completion open, else history
- vimperator: Always history

So this is consistent with at least some of them - the much more important
factor is that <Tab> is probably intuitively easy to discover if up/down doesn't
do what's expected, but <ctrl-p>/<ctrl-n> are not.

f0509d1c26 Fix web_history_max_items default value. 
Should default to -1, not 1000 as the new history completion is better
able to handle large numbers of entries. I believe this was acidentally
reset to 1000 while fixing a merge conflict.

Also re-run src2asciidoc.

629038632c Add proxy support for QtWebEngine and Qt 5.7.1 
This used to give us crashes in libproxy:

https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-56852

However, trying again with Qt 5.7.1 on Debian and from PyPI, this doesn't happen
anymore, so it was probably something with how Archlinux handled things.

Add tabs->favicon-scale setting 
This allows users to change the size of the favicon independently from
the size of the font/tab, in order to adjust the balance between
favicons and text. The drawing code is also adjusted to place the icon
relative to the text center, rather than the text top.

Works as expected even for values of 0.0 (which is equivalent to hiding
the favicon completely).

Closes #2549.

545539f28d Do more sophisticated clicking for hints with QtWebEngine 
We now use click() or focus() in JS if possible, or manually follow links in a
href attribute.

While this probably introduces some new corner cases, it fixes a handful of
older ones:

- window.open() in JS can now be handled correctly as we don't need hacks in
  createWindow anymore.
- Focusing input fields with images now works - fixes #1613, #1879
- Hinting now works better on QtWebEngine with Qt 5.8 - fixes #2273

Add a --mode flag to :hints 
This allows a specific keybinding, for whatever reason, to override the
default mode. Examples of when this could be useful:

6bcdacf1ce Implement readline's backward-kill-word. 
This restores the previous behavior of `unix-word-rubout` as
`backward-kill-word`, which is closer to the naming used in readline.
It is bound to <Alt-Backspace> by default, though <Ctrl-Backspace> will
also work due to a builtin binding.

Resolves #1698.

a0d0b6464f Use typing.py-like annotations for command args 
This means:

- An annotation like (int, str) is now typing.Union[int, str].
- utils.typing got expanded so it acts like the real typing.py, with
  issubclass() working properly with typing.Union and __union_params__
  being set.
- A literal string doesn't exist anymore as annotation, instead
  @cmdutils.argument now has a 'choices' argument which can be used like
  @cmdutils.argument('arg', choices=['val1', 'val2']).
- Argument validating/converting is now entirely handled by
  argparser.type_conv instead of relying on python's argparse, i.e.
  type/choices is now not passed to argparse anymore.

c8848a2641 Implement edit-url to craft a url with an editor. 
The edit-url command opens a url (by default, the current url) in the
user's external editor and navigates to the result when the editor is
closed. This makes it easy to tweak the current url to navigate within
a site.

`edit-url` accepts the same flags as `open` (e.g. -t will open in a new
tab.

One may provide a url as an argument to create a shortcut to
pre-populate part of a url and allow filling in the rest.

There is no default keybinding.

Resolves #1261.

The listed domains may contain the wildcards "*" and "?" to match many

I also changed the message in the statusline to show the actual text being
copied, which I find helpful. But if you disagree, then just undo it (it's not
that important or anything).

472071c047 Add setting: 'content.third-party-cookie-policy', fixes #607 
This sets the third-party cookie policy.

- I created a new ThirdPartyCookiePolicy() class, since this setting seems to be
  unique in the way it is set...

- I set the default to 'never', which is the most secure/private setting, but
  *may* break *some* features of a (very) limited number of sites; these are
  usually "non-critical" features.
  For example, on Stack Exchange sites you're logged in all 200+ sites if you
  sign in on one of them, this features required 3rd party cookies. You can
  still sign in with out, but you have to do so 200+ times (this is actually the
  only example I've ever noticed).

  AFAIK all "major" browsers accept 3rd-party cookies by default, except for
  Safari. Firefox also made this change, but reversed it (see:
  https://brendaneich.com/2013/05/c-is-for-cookie/), but they don't offer any
  good arguments to *not* have it IMHO, at least not that I could find.

  In any case, in my humble opinion "secure and private by default" is the best
  way to ship. But you're of course free to change it if you disagree ;-)
