6917c3b32d set-cmd-text: Add -s/--space argument. 
We need this because quotes are ignored now, so there'd be no way to set the
text to ":open -t " for example.

3b3b55234b Add a signal to KeyConfigParser to save config. 
Before, we used the 'changed' signal for the SaveManager - however, that also
was emitted when only the internal structure changed. Now we add a new signal
for that.

fb5fbd09da Handle unencodable file paths in config types. 
If an user e.g. has a download-directory of ~/föö, but has LC_ALL=C set, we'll
get an UnicodeEncodeError when trying to validate it. This is now handled
properly by raising a ValidationError.

Fixes #562.

cef49864d9 Refactor websettings and save/restore defaults. 
This makes qutebrowser.config.websettings much easier to understand, and saves
all defaults so it can restore them properly when a setting is set to an empty
string.

Before, when we set the fonts to empty strings instead of the true default, in
some cases anti-aliasing was broken.

Fixes #549.

d87a1bb2b4 Add a hints -> scatter option. 
This is enabled by default to keep the same default behaviour which is like
Vimium - mixing e.g. single-char letters and double-char letters, and
scattering/shuffling the labels to have an uniform hint key distribution.

If disabled, the behaviour is more similiar to dwb, which has a fixed hint
string length and simply fills the string starting with the first possible hint
char.

fcbd69e209 Clean up standarddir handling #2. 
We already attempted this in c5a2039da4, but
having the directories as module attributes means they'll be created on start
(rather than when they're actually used), and it'd also be impossible to change
them after init for some reason in the future.

To still have a nice short API, we simply change the attributes to functions.

3d72235023 Set the QSettings path to a config-subdirectory. 
QWebInspector uses QSettings to save its GUI-settings. However, the default
path for QSettings is ~/.config/qutebrowser/qutebrowser.conf which overwrites
our own config file.

This fixes one part of #515.

46ca0e447e Get rid of the save-session setting for now.

quit as the windows will already be closed.

It adds the following new commands:

    :session-delete <name>
    Delete a session.

    :session-load <name>
    Load a session.

    :session-save [<name>]
    Save a session.

    :wq [<name>]
    Save open pages and quit.

And the following new settings:

    general -> save-session:
    Whether to always save the open pages.

a714f0b70c config: Set self._initialized before validating. 
With a setting with an interpolation this caused a ValueError because

55216e207f configdata: Move Consolas further back in font list. 
Consolas generally is quite a nice font, but in this font size it shows a lot
of bleeding and Courier New is much more readable, so we only use it as
fallback now.

052fa8e277 Don't emit config changed signals during init. 
When we're initializing anyways nobody got a config value yet, so emitting the
signals just will mean code gets executed twice.

This reduces the startup time by about 1-2 seconds.

0a646b110b Store cookies in binary format. 
We saved/opened cookies as UTF-8 which lead to an exception on saving with a
cookie with an ä in it.

ISO-8859-1 would be more appropriate, but we trust Qt to make the right choice
and don't re-encode anything now.

95df8a045c Don't use stylesheets anymore for QTabWidget. 
When using stylesheets there, all children (i.e. the QWebView) use
QStyleSheetStyle as well, which means the bug at [1] will annoy us.

We had to write our own font parsing as we can't use stylesheets, but at least
the bug is gone...

8d80ce2628 Switch to python 3.4 enums. 
Our home-brewn enum wasn't really liked by pylint (many no-member errors), so
instead of adding some workaround, we just use the python 3.4 enum instead.

This however also means we need to depend on Python 3.4 and not 3.3. Maybe we
should use enum34 on Python < 3.3.

fdda1dd3a0 Forward unbound non-alphanumeric keys by default. 
We do this so we benefit from some default WebKit keybindings users would
expect. For example, we'd need to bind Ctrl+X/C/V by default without this.

We also remove the custom-bound scrolling keybindings as they're redundant now.

The forward-unbound-keys setting now isn't a bool anymore, instead it can be
set to all/auto/none.

f33f2e0a0f Convert URL to proxy correctly. 
Before, user/password was set to an empty string even when not set in
the URL, causing Qt to reread this information all the time and

5c4ce7ae09 Reimplement wheelEvent of WebView to fix scrolling 
Hiding scrollbars in 1bfbdd79e4 broke
scrolling because the WebKit implementation wants a scrollbar to do
scrolling.

We fix this by just handling the mouse wheel ourselves.

ae0966a384 Fix encoding issues on windows. 
locale.getpreferredencoding(False) returns cp1252 on Windows, which is
unable to parse our nice unicode arrows.

Therefore, we always need to specify the encoding when using open().

Also we exclude configdata.py from pep257 on Windows because it doesn't
detect the encoding correctly... Bug is submitted:
https://github.com/GreenSteam/pep257/issues/70

be467d5e50 Refactor command argument splitting. 
This uses split=True/False as cmdutils.register argument again (because
we would never want to set maxsplit ourselves, only not splitting the
*last* argument makes any sense.

Also this uses shlex for splitting again, like earlier.

This reverts commit 1442b1e35f.

For true CSS fonts (hints), we can use "Monospace" as generic family and
it'll work.

However, for Qt fonts, this will get us a non-monospace font on Windows.

72340575af Remove value from on_config_changed signal again. 
Turns out this causes more trouble than it's worth, and it's unintuitive
from which layer we get the value.

a1a0325283 Use ChainMap for ValueList config section. 
This also fixes the problem where no keybindings are loaded on the first
