Ryan Roden-Corrent	1dc20f4d02	Handle special keystrings case-insensitively. Load all special keystrings (e.g. <ctrl-a>) into memory as lowercase, and automatically lowercase any special keystring given to bind/unbind. Clean up end2end test file structure

This renames tests/integration to tests/end2end and moves some files to
