Process pending events before opening startpage.
...
We now call QApplication::processEvents before
QNetworkAccessManager::createRequest (which takes >1s) is run, so all
waiting GUI events get handled and the GUI is drawn for the first time.

Use singleShot QTimer to process init arguments.

saved as old-url. This is now fixed.
