Fix URL/renderer crash tests with Qt 5.9

accordingly.

...
Instead we simply use url_changed which (similar to Qt's urlChanged)
simply has a QUrl argument.

Fix test_on_tab_changed in statusbar.url tests
...
- The invalid URL will now get encoded when using QUrl.
- The check for a None url_text is somewhat pointless as I don't think
this can ever happen in the real circumstances.
